We’re super grateful to have gotten Charis’ help with sleep training our baby! From waking up every 1-2 hours, we’re now able to sleep through the night and having our baby sleep for a good 11-12 hours. Charis took time to understand our current schedule, offered alternatives, and followed up with us which gave us so much comfort and assurance throughout the journey. Our 7m old LO used to have to be carried to sleep and did only contact naps. Although her night sleep wasn't terrible she still woke up for a night feed and had one or two night wakes. We wanted to improve her sleep quality and get her to learn to fall asleep in her own cot. Sleep training has such a bad rep that it took us a long while to take this leap of faith especially since we didn't want to leave our baby crying alone.

We engaged Sarah who was reassuring, empathetic and always respected our wishes-never pushing us to do anything that we were uncomfortable with.

We did this the gentlest way possible and our LO has started to STTN and has managed to fall asleep in her cot without having to be carried to sleep. With baby steps, we are sure we will reach out goals eventually. Thank you Sarah!!

I was hesitant at first because the idea of paying someone to help with sleep is questionable for me at first but then things got really hard on us, we were so exhausted and can no longer go on like this. That’s why I decided to give it a shot. I would say the experience was amazing, I couldn’t believe my son could sleep in his own bed within 3 weeks then sleep through the night. One of the main factors I think that helps this journey the most is Sarah daily’s support, without her guidance and support I wouldn’t be able to do it. And I finally realized every child is unique, even their sleeping style. What we google or read is somehow one size fits all approach and may not fit with everyone and definitely not fit with the child. I have tried so many methods through online suggestions and books but it didn’t work out for me. This journey isn’t an easy one so doing it with professional support is much easier and you also feel more empowered than stress.

I am very happy that I engaged Wing Yan for the newborn package. My daughter was only a month old when we started so it wasn’t sleep training but with Wing Yan’s help, we managed to start practising good sleeping habits. My daughter started sleeping in her crib on her own (she was sleeping in bed with us since she was born) and it gave me a better understanding on how long she should be taking naps, her wake windows and what I can do to help with her sleep quality. We cannot thank Sarah enough for the incredible support and guidance she provided while helping our 3.5 month old learn to self soothe, extend his naps, and fall asleep in his crib on his own.

At first, we thought we could sleep train him the same way we did with our five year old, but we quickly realized that different temperaments require different approaches. Our baby needed something much more gradual and gentle, and Sarah fully understood and supported that from the beginning.

What really stood out was how available and involved Sarah was throughout the entire process. She checked in with us every day, followed up on our progress, answered all of our questions with care, and offered personalized guidance every step of the way. We recently worked with Wing Yan to help our 10-month-old daughter, who struggled to self-soothe and fall asleep independently. We debated and resisted for a long time thinking we could manage and it was just a small blip with her starting infant care / falling sick. I really just wanted to offer her the comfort and cuddles she needed until I found myself waking up from 2x increasing up to 8x each night! It was a downward spiral as my daughter soon acclimatised to being carried/fed to sleep. It felt like an impossible feat to “put her down wide awake” until she fell asleep. But I knew we had to fix it soon before it got worse.

Wing Yan's approach was calm, understanding, and personalized. She took the time to learn about our daughter's routine and our parenting preferences before crafting a sleep plan that felt manageable and supportive. What impressed us most was how quickly we saw results. First night (always the toughest!) was about 35mins and subsequent nights 15 mins > 5 mins > 3 mins! The improvement was super quick and drastic! In this 2 week period, our daughter had a mild viral infection in her 1st week and we went overseas towards the end of the 2nd week and through both events, she still managed to sleep so well (we’re still in awe lol)

Wing Yan provided ongoing support, checking in regularly and adjusting the plan as needed. She was always available to answer questions and offer reassurance when we felt uncertain.

To all parents debating sleep training, it’s highly highly recommended! We never looked back - best decision ever. (happy baby, happy mom, happy dad)

Before engaging Wing Yan, our toddler was reliant on us to be in the room as he fell asleep, and would wake 3-4 times each night and rely on our presence in order to fall back asleep. The sleep deprivation was affecting our mood, work and relationships. After starting the customised sleep plan, our toddler woke less at night after 4 nights, and was sleeping through the night after 10 nights.

Wing Yan was professional and managed to balance sensitivity with firmness as she guided us through the process. I like how she familiarised herself with our child’s personality and the relationship dynamics in our family. She worked with our level of comfort but also challenged us to progress beyond that in order to achieve our sleep goals. We felt well-supported throughout the 3 weeks and achieved milestones we thought were impossible e.g. saying goodnight to our toddler, then leaving the room and closing the door behind us.

Our toddler now falls asleep independently and doesn’t stall at bedtime. Night wakings are now a rarity instead of the norm, and we know how to deal with them when they do occur because Wing Yan has equipped us with a plan. Overall we had a pleasant experience working with Wing Yan and are so thankful to have our sleep (lives) back. Would definitely recommend her services.
