Our Sleep Course is ideal if you prefer to learn at your own pace, want access to expert strategies and tools, and feel confident implementing them independently. It’s structured, flexible, and packed with guidance you can revisit anytime.
Our 1:1 Consultation is perfect if you’re facing more complex sleep challenges, want personalised troubleshooting, or simply prefer having a sleep coach walk beside you step by step. It’s tailored to your child, your parenting style, and your current sleep situation, with real-time support and accountability.

That said, some crying can naturally occur during sleep changes, especially when a child is learning a new way to settle. But we’re here to help you distinguish between distress and protest, and to guide you in responding in a way that feels aligned with your values.
You’ll never be asked to ignore your child. Instead, we focus on building trust, consistency, and emotional safety, so your little one feels supported, even as they learn to sleep more independently.

Not at all - your child can absolutely learn healthy sleep habits while sharing a room with you.
Our approach is designed to work in a variety of sleep setups, including room-sharing. We’ll help you create boundaries and routines that support independent sleep, even if your child is in the same bedroom. However, co-sleeping on the same bed would not be recommended.

The pace of progress depends on a few key factors: your child’s age, temperament, current sleep habits, and how consistent you’re able to be with the plan. That said, many families start seeing meaningful improvements within 3 to 7 days, especially around settling and fewer night wakings. For some, it may take 2 to 3 weeks to see more consistent, through-the-night sleep.
We focus on gentle, sustainable changes, not quick fixes that fall apart. Our goal is to help your child build lasting sleep skills while keeping your parenting values front and center.
